This box is made of wood. On the front is the wings logo and the text Nine Lives in silver color. The back and sides are blank. On the inside it says "vanLeest Compact Discs" and a number: "0607". This box is probably made by vanLeest to promote the Nine Lives album. I don't think it's an official release. Inside the box is the normal version of Nine Lives (COL 485020 6). The first version with the snakes and the cat on the front cover.
