| Released 2001 | The track list of this (COL 501535 3),
an official Columbia Records release, is very surprising as most of the
tracks (10) were recorded for Geffen, not Columbia. Of the other six,
three are from Just Push Play, one is from Nine Lives, one is from the
Armageddon Soundtrack and the last track is Dream On, the live version
from A Little South of Sanity.
The artwork is great. The cover has an Aerosmith plane ("AEROSMITH" written on the wings, and the logo at the back, together with the text "LAMB 777") flying over a landscape with something like hedges or trees in the shape of an Aerosmith logo. Inside the booklet is an Aerosmith story. The story is written in '97 or '98, because they say that Aerosmith plans to return to the studio for its next album in early 1999. It has some 1997 concert pics next to the story. There also are some pics of an Aerosmith hot-air balloon (in the shape of a hammer with Aerosmith and LAMB written on it as on the plane) and an Aerosmith space rocket (one that is on the NASA terrain to be viewed by tourists). In front of the rocket is a car on a parking lot with LAMB written on it again, as on the plane and the hot-air balloon. On the parking lot is another Aerosmith logo. At the background of the story inside the booklet you see a picture of a hot-air balloon contest and you can see the hammer shaped hot-air balloon. |
