This version was released in the U.S. only on Geffen. The front features the same wings logo as the gas station attendant has on his suit on the front cover of the original A Little South Of Sanity and is glued onto a blue cotton fabric digi-pack. The original cover and insert are glued to the inside of the digi-pack. There is also a card shrink wrapped to the back of the disc and it contains the track listing and bar code (see above).
